Default file to big for dvd

hey, i have a project for school, i got to put a movie onto a dvd for a part of the project. The only problem is that i could only find 120min dvds in the store. the movie is about 10-20 minutes over 120min but the size of it does not exeed the 4.7 gigabyte capacity. Is there any way to get that file onto one of those dvds without using 2 dvds? thanks for any help
