does firefox put any kind of spyware,adware, or crap on your computer? and can you install it while still keeping the one i have right now, so that firefox doesnt take teh place of IE?

No it doesn't, but to keep safe, I use Spybot and SpywareBlaster...

Yeah, I still have IE in my comp (although I'm never switching back) even when I use Firefox.

You have to keep Internet Explorer, since soem programs actually use it! If you delete it, many things wont work, and you really cant delete the whole thing through add and remove programs, since Windows relies on its engine to power some windows, and run help center and file search engine.

umm... about 5 million times better than IE. I only started using it because it's much, much faster.

Firefox, oh not much better... I mean, other then the lack of spyware and adware, and popups... I mean, it isnt THAT much better... LMAO!!! IT PWNS IE!!
