And I right that with FAT16
32 kB Cluster Size X 65,536 number of Cluster = 2. GB
This means that FAT 16 can support Hard Drives 2 GB and if you use it on a 2 GB Hard Drive the Default Cluster Size will be 32 kB??
 
Yes, that sounds correct.

Though why you'd want to use such a filing system these days I don't know...!
 
Now am I right that if you use FAT32
32 kB X 268,435,455 number of Clusters = 2. TB

So FAT32 can support Hrd Drives 2 TB in Size and if you use FAT32 on a Hard Drive 2 TB the default cluster size will be 32 kB?????
 
Umm, kind of. Theoretically it can, but there's lots of practical limitations with the older OSs especially that limit it down a lot more than that. Think ME might've bypassed them though - can't remember off the top of my head.
