Default "Fast User Switching"

i can't seem to set 'fast user switching'. i can check the box, and apply it, but if i go back to it its still unchecked. i was gonna logon to my primary account, and be able to quickly switch to my new gaming account at the same time...

Set the correct options, then try a re-start..that might do it..

Are you doing it in the admin account?

If you've fixed it, could you post up the solution so that anyone with the same problem in the future can at least fix it themselves.

run "services.msc" in your run box, and make sure the Fast User Switching service isn't disabled.

wtf? i look at its dependency service, which is the remote procedure call (RPC) service, which is perfectly fine. so, idk what to do.
