Default Farcry problem

Hey, I just bought farcry at a garage sale for $2. The problem is tho, it wont work, I am using Vista x64. I will download the x64 bit patch for farcry next time I have time near highspeed internet. But, it should work without a x64 bit patch correct? When I load a level, everything is light blue, if you walk into a wall you can than see it, otherwise its all blue. Any ideas what is wrong? Thanks!!

No, that would take way too much work to run one game. I would have to restart my computer everytime I want to play farcry, any other ideas?

Well, I tried downloading the patch in CAD for 64 bit, but class wasnt long enough, and idk if that would even fix it. Is there a support forum for farcry anywhere?

How do I do that? Anything else I could do? I tried ubisoft support, but the only responce I got so far, said to run in compatibility mode, which I had tried.
