Fan Controller Question

I am going to be using 8 fans total in my CM 690, with two on a radiator being controlled by an H100. I obviously don't want the other 6 running 100% all the time, so I need a fan controller.

What model would anyone recommend?

I have a few "wants":
Black Face
No Light, White or Red Light
Supports 6 fans up to maximum RPM
Must support 0% speed (OFF)

I immediately thought of the Lamptron FC6. Which on the surface seems perfect! Lamp Electronics
I'm fine with having a (2 2 1 1) fan per channel configuration, but I'm worried it will not be able to reach maximum speed on channels with 2 fans???

-120mm
Rated Voltage: 12V
Starting Voltage: <=9.0V
Power Consumption: 3.6W
Rated Current: 0.30A
-140mm
Rated Voltage: 12V
Starting Voltage: <=6.0V
Power Consumption: 4.32W
Rated Current: 0.36A

I know nothing about power "rules". So, would the FC6 allow the AeroCool Fans to reach their Max RPM, with a (2 2 1 1) Configuration?

Will you consider the PST Cable ? You can connect all the case fans together and controlled by a single signal. It should do the job for your requirement.

I am here to learn.
