i would like to give my respect to lexmark customer service.
i had an all in one centre, which i got in december last year. i rang the shop where i brought it from and they said i would have to speak to lexmark!
i thought that i would have a game getting anywhere with them. but to my surprise,i phoned and got through after less than 1 minute. it was a call centre in india, but they spoke good english. i told the oprative my problem, and she talked me through the troubleshooter. i told her i knew what the problem was, but never the less she wanted to go through the whole shooting match! anyway she gave in after numerous tests, and told me my printer was broke! then to my supprise she said you will have a new one within four days. and, yes it was here in the designated time.
so a big thumbs up to lexmark.
