i have a HP nx6325 and the cd/dvd drive witch according to device manager is a TSSTcorp, never works properly the majority times i start the comp up its not even recognised as being there! and if it does it will work for about 5 mins then dissapear completely!
i have tried updating bios (which makes it work for a while then then stops again)
Ive tried to update the firmwire but cant do it, first of as its not apperntly not there to upadte in the first place and cant actually find a update for it!
also another weird thing is that my girlfriend has the exact same laptop bought at the same time and apparetntly that has a pioneer drive which seems a bit weird as i thought it would have the same????!!!
any idea of how to get it to work??
