Well I got rid of the qttask.exe. I also took out all the usb wires and put them back in one at a time. The only one that didn't show up was the Bytecc external HD. I changed out cords and put in different ports and still nuthin'. I guess the HD is fried.

Thanks for your help, I'll be getting another external drive.

weird problem see check your usb maybe there is problem

It was caused by DVD Cloner2 I think. Next time you install pay attention to what it installs I think it gives you 3 options 1 to install the program files 2 to make a shortcut on your desktop and 3 to create a virtual drive. But I am not positive about this
