Have you tried closing down the process IEXPLORE.EXE in the Task Manager directly? Have you tried restarting? It just sounds like a bug that would get fixed on restart. Happens on a few programs eventually.

I used to get something similar to that, I just went to the task manager and ended "explorer.exe" and started it up again. It fixed the problem for me ever since.

If your version of IE is the latest, perhaps something corrupted your Internet Explorer files.

Have you tried doing a virus / spyware / adware scan to ensure nothing else is causing this error?

All the same, I'd just go and get Mozilla Firefox as I'm sure it'll work and its much safer than Internet Explorer, because it doesn't allow ActiveX control.

http://mozilla.org if you're interested.

Um, its better to save it a jpeg, not really a good idea to save in in word doc(like MS)

To save image, do you no how to do that, and after that to post it here you need to host it Ask some of the guys here tho they are really helpful and im sure would like to help you some more, good luck

To add on to Bahwolf(i think it was)

http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/
Make sure you get Firefox 1.5, the lastest

After taking the screenshot, you can paste it into MS Paint.

This program can be found at:
Start>All Programs>Accessories>Paint.

Then just click Edit>Paste.
Click File>Save As..
Then on the dropdown, 'Save as file type..', select .JPEG or .GIF

Once the filename is saved, you can upload your image to the following site for FREE:
