Default Executing Multiple Programs

Is there any way to create a shortcut or batch file which executes multiple programs? If so, how can I go about doing this?

Executes? What do you mean? Do you mean, kill them? Or start them, I dont understand.

Ohh..just put them in your startup items, they will then start when you turn your computer on. Which programs are they, give us an idea..
