Default Exchange rates

Can you get any software that displays and updates current exchanges rates that you can leave working in the background on your desktop?

I had a small program like that a while ago. You could choose the ones you wanted to look at, and it automatically updated it once in a while. Don't remember where I got it from, it must have been either a widget that came with some windows customization software, or then it was part of samurize.
