Default excel 2007

Hello. Due to a new position at work I have to become proficient with Excel which I have used maybe twice my entire life. So out to the store I will go tonite to pick up Excel 2007. Thing is my home pc is running xp home edition sp2 2002 with wordperfect and quattro pro from corel. Will I have any problems installing excel 2007 on this system? thanks
