Hey all, I have 2 original eVGA eGeForce 7800 GTX's, (not the KO series) and I was wondering what would be the best option for a cooling addon, whether it be liquid or just fan and heatsink. Just wondered what everyone's thoughts are on it.

also it doesn't say that it's compatible with the 7800 on the site, is this just because of late updates?

are you sure that they aren't too high for sli config?

It should fit. I'll ask one of my friends. He has a SLI configuration and he says he uses the VF700-Cu's.

I think it's just that they haven't updated it in a while. I think the memory chip and core placement is still the same. Same with the mounting holes.

EDIT>>> Oh btw, please only have 5 lines in your signature maximum. Thanks. :)

What I plan to do if I do get an SLi config using 7800GTX's would probably use a PCI exhaust blower on the bottom of the second card.

I'm not sure about the clearance between the two cards and whether that Zalman can fit in between your 7800 cards but here's the dimiensions for it:

91(L) x 126.4(W) x 30(H)mm

That's for this, the one Alvino posted earlier:
