Umm..the RAM is OK, if I could, I would get faster, maybe around the 600/700Mhz mark..

No, that ram is not fats enough for the motherboard. It needs to be at least DDR2 667. Here's one for the same price: G.SKILL 512MB 240-Pin DDR2 667 SDRAM. If you are going to be doing any gaming, I would suggest going with at least 1GB of memory to better handle todays newer games. These would be a nice choice: pqi POWER Series 1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 667.

Well, a SATA drive would give you faster access times. For the same price, you can get nearly the same drive but in SATA: Western Digital Caviar SE WD2000JS 200GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s.

ATI GFX ($111.99)- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16814102657

Go with taht 12 pixel pipelines and its the cheapest along with 256 MB of ram at GDDR3 speeds which is decent in my eyes. Also your CPU wil lcome with stock HS and fan.

6800 only has 8 pixelpipelines.
