Everything works...Not

hahaha another round of my computer not working right. My mobos led readout code light thing says FF aka (Fully Functional). Why then does my computer still refuse to work for me. No visual on the monitor and the video card doesnt turn on. Everything else works i can hear everything else turning on. Long story short it doesnt work. Anyone have any idea why my comp would say FF and still not work.

push the card all the way into the slot

did you connect the 2 x 6 pin connectors to the gpu?

Its in all the way and ive tried it in both pcie slots and yes the power cords are plugged in.

try it on another computer.

if it doesnt work, then the gpu is doa

also try another gpu on that same slot.
if it doesnt work, then your mobo slots may be dead
