Default ethernet driver

can someone tell me where I can find the driver for my ethernet driver beacause there is not one on any of the cds i got with my comp

Ethernet driver, no. Networkcard driver yes. If you have sucessfully installed a network card, you plug the cat5e in and your ready. If its inbuilt, windows might pick it up or it will be supplied with the motherboard cd. Please get back to the thread and explain a bit more, cheers

guys the point is that he doesnt know what it is lol.

I can only recommend contacting whoever you bought the PC from (assuming its a shop). Or taking the case off and looking at the network card, it might have some indication as to its identity.
