Default Errr, another problem!!!

I so i got everything in my new PC. Had it up and runinn with XP, well I noticed my hard drive was showing only 127GB and it is a 500 GB drive. I decided to format and reinstall windows. Well I did the format, now im stuck at a screen that says Error Message:Setup did not find any hard disk drives installed in your system I dont know what I did wrong but i THink its something in this bios is wrong.

Make sure the drive is enabled in the bios, everything is plugged in right, and jumpers are set correctly (if it's not a SATA drive). Your hard drive may have died though. If it is new and you can't fix it, try to return/exchange it.
