Thats the error I get when I reboot my computer, I guess it doesn't really effect my computer, but I would like it to go away...

Is the only way to get rid of the error by deleting the file?

That'll be spyware. Somethings been deleted, stopping it from running.
Have you got spyware detection that could get rid of it?

So its failing to load it though because that dll's missing, so the rest must be there to start it at windows.
