Hi, I'm running a laptop with Vista 64-bit. This summer my hard drive crashed and I had it replaced, but I still have one error that occurs. If the computer sits idle long enough to return to the login screen, this error occurs after login.

The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000006) occured in the application at 0x74b7d201.
From there, it appears that Explorer crashes. The computer doesn't freeze but there is no desktop, taskbar, task manager etc. Restarting fixes it but I'd like to solve this so that I'm sure there are not any more serious problems with the laptop. Thanks for any help anyone has to offer.
