Default Error message when installing games

Recently I have tired installing some of my games but when I do I get the error message "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for MS-Dos and Microsoft windows applications. Choose 'close' to terminate the program."

I am running windows xp. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I've seen this so many times before, it's always hard to remember just how to fix it!

But try this, it might help you:
