Since changing my ISP, I get the following message on boot-up;

"Rundll
Error loading C;\PROGR1\VISP\RyDial.dll
The specified module could not be found"

It doesn't cause problems, I just click OK, & it disappears, but I would like to get rid.
A short history;
After I changed the ISP,I did runs, searchs, deleting all references to the previous supplier, then went to the recycle bin, deleting from there, obviously I missed something so I did another search for "hidden docs/files, & got a longlist.
I understand that there are items on that list that I must notdelete, as I would not be able to dial-up, I believe the ones to leave alone are any referring to "rundll" as opposed to "rndll", I may have got these reversed, but no doubt someone will tell me which is which.
Help :confused:

This will be something to do with your old ISP. I did do a search on this and found quite a few dll's from companies with that name.

The one that i found first was called: NTL Freedom:

It says a spyware detector will get rid of it, try Spybot Search and Destroy. I have no idea if its NTl, why it should be using something like this. But since you don't have that ISP anymore, it can't find it anymore, but it is still in the registry to boot.

Hope this helps :)

Have any other members got ideas on this??, see my post "Error message", I would like to clear it up, yes, I know it's a leftover from my old ISP, "Visp" is a sub-company or somesuch that it used.
As I said, I can get round it, but it's like grit in the eye, annoying & irritating, I'm sure that there is someone with further ideas, I'll consider anything.
