Here's the deal:

I got myself some PIII ranging from 650MHZ to 866MHZ. The IBm and the custom box won't accept the 667 ones, and the 650MHZ is already in place in the Dell.


However, my IBM box is rusted, so I did a case swap. No problems, because it's an ATX board. It just don't have it's I/O shield, but I ran PCs like that before. Now, I got a problem: The onboard video displays purple instead of white. The other colors are fine, exept white. Screen's OK, but onboard isn't. I'll look for RAM problems, but it runs rather fine...just that the display is purple.
