God, I know.

I don't understand the rationale behind the trackpad...they're crap, and such an annoyance to use, you constantly have to shift your hands around. My laptop doesn't even have a trackpad, go...eraser head/pointing stick thingy!

i didn't know acer laptops makes those with it. i hate touch pads too. i thought they stopped making them.

Second of all, Acer doesn't make them. The OP is known for making ridiculous threads and this is just another one of them. Only IBM/Lenovo and a few Dell models to my knowledge include pointing sticks.

Like I said, almost all business machines use them. Look at HP, Dell, or Lenovo.
