Question emachine recovery

I have an emachine 180 and have lost the recovery disk I got with it.How do I go about taking the computer back to its original state when I got it without recovery disk.Is it possible.There is a partitioned drive in it probably with windowas preload in it.

i dont no much abouy emachnies, but if u wanna recovver ur computer, ur gonna need the disk. if u have a partition stored on ur hardrive then u can use that. I have an HP with the recovery in the hardrive so i can just take it back any time i want. but if u do have a partition on ur hardrive, u might wanna look at ur manual for ur computer to c how to activate it and take ur comp. back to the when u got it.

Well usually when you use the recovery disk, it usually makes things worse. Backing up your hard drive/s is always good, so then you can just reinstall windows, and just upload all your old stuff.
