You might need to throw in some case fans for cooling and a floppy drive, just in case you still need it, perhaps cables if the motherboard doesn't supply enough, DVD burner if you need one, and something else I can't think of right away.....
The video card I pointed out is really high performance. You can get away with a 6600GT if you have to which cost like around $150ish...I have one in my system and it works very well. Overclocked too. I love it.
