alright so i follow this site's tut

i have a dell pocket dj. and it wont charge it. if i have the dj off, and i plug it in, it will turn on the dj but not charge.
i thought first, well ok, let's go to the wall charger.
as u can see there are three wires....power, ground...huh?
but at the mini usb connector at the top, there are the five little connectors.
now tell me if i am wrong but i dont think i am, i soldered this right, right?
although it looks like some solder from a wire on the middle thing is touching the one on the right (or left depending on which pic u look at) it isnt.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
could this be a amp thing? the output on the wall charger is 0.3 amps

if you plug the dj into the comp on or off, then (if off it will turn it on) the musicmatch jukebox comes up on screen, exit it, then turn off the jukebox, and the dj charges.
edit, get even more info, well not much but i stripped down the front mini usb thing that connects from the wall to my pocket dj. srry, had to do this on a scanner, and i wanted to get all 4 sides....
