I have a Plextor PX-708A DVD burner and lately it has started malfunctioning, everytime I put in a cd-r, cd-wr, dvd-rw, dvd-r or any burned media it fails to load the disc and a orange light continues to flash. I did upgrade to the latest firmware driver and it only helped for about 2 weeks then it started acting wierd again and I tried reinstilling and trying older version firmware drivers and nothing. I was wondering if anyone had any answers for this problem and if not should I try and contact technical support and RMA the device for a new on?
