Default DVD Ripping issues

Hi

I have tried many dvd rippers and while some work ok, most always leave me with an audio sync problem.

Im appealing for help. Im looking for a programme, free or not, that will copy a dvd into mp4 format but with no audio sync issues guaranteed.

I dont suppose there is one, but the best so far seems to be dvdfab but i only about 50% are copied ok.

Thanks for you help.
