Hi, basically, a friend of mine updated my comp so its basically new, even the parts and he recently changed my comp so that me, my mum, my sister and my little bro each have our own hardrive (like we have to start from the Boot Menu). The thing is, the DVD-RAM Drive only reads cds/dvds etc on my mums and little bros and not mine or my sister's hardrives. It doesn't autoplay and even when i go into My Computer, and go into the actual drive where the cd/dvd is, there is nothing in there (as if there is nothing on the disc) and on the side it shows: "Free Space: 0 bytes, Total Size: 0 bytes". All i know is that the drive is an ASUS and that it does work when its in Safe Mode on mine and my sister's, so that is a start at least. I even showed this problem to the guy who updated the comp and he couldn't figure out what was wrong. So if anyone could help me fix this, that would be great as i need the drive to work so that i can install programs and games etc...
