DVD Problem

I got my new DVD burner. I have nero 7.0 The DVD burner is here

I've already succesfully burned 1 DVD, Data, just as I did with this one. However this is what I got in my log of the DVD burn.

Burn Process Started 8x (110800KB/s)
Power Calibration Error
Burn Process Failed

I've typed the two different speeds both fail around the same time at 4% what could be causing this could this be a error of the file? IDK, the drivers are upate I believe. I went into Computer Wizard or w/e and searched for any driver changes but didn't find any so its updated and this is a BRAND NEW DVD BURNER. I've had about 3 days, I got around to using it two day for the fiorst time. I rarely have problems with Nero and simply don't understand the problem.

I dunno, I had the same problem with Nero. It kept shutting off at like 10% or so, when you try to burn data dvds. I made a thread about it earlier but nobody really replied. You can try downloading this free program called CdBurnerXP Pro, which is pretty good and can handle most tasks. Also, you could always use the built in Win XP burning feature.
