DVD copyright protection

if you try and copy a DVD staright away it wont let you as it has a copyright on it. what i would like to know is can i put that kind of software on my own personal DVDs so that no-body can copy them (unless the gits use dvd decrypter or something like that) if so where can i get this software from?

No dont think so - you cant really put software on a DVD and expect it to do that. What you could do, if you really wanted to stop them getting copied, is, copy them to your computer, password protect the folders, then hide the DVD'S!


Why would you want yo do that anyway. Does someone come in your house every night and copy your dvd's..then run off...and sell them as pirates?
