Default Dual monitors with a MacBook Pro?

So a friend of mine asked me if I knew if it was possible to hook up two external monitors to a MacBook Pro and so I researched a little bit. He didn't really tell me which processor or graphics card it had so I looked on bestbuy.com for the specs.

Links to what I've looked at:
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1218024600809
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1218025522754

On the specs, it says that it has "dual display and video mirroring capabilities" with some adapter that are not included. Has anyone tried the dual-link DVI feature on the MacBook Pro yet? How is it?

Thanks!
