It's still a new technology. Servers usually have a processor designed to run a server, not a regular one like we use.

the 3x1gb does that mean its 3 gigs but 1 gb each stick? or is it 3gb on 1 stick? i want to get about 6-12gb total... how hell can i make that happen??? thanks again!

it has to be Tripple channel RAM.
