Default dual core or single?

i have found a single core cpu:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103198

it has a higher GHz than this dual core:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103774
which one should i get?

open box means its a customer return and you will ONLY get the video card itself. i would get the sapphire version, for starters its not open box, and sapphire is the premier brand for making ATI cards IMO

Get the Brisby dual and overclock it, you should be able to top 2.4 no problem. They are both sort of low end but I think the Brisby would overclock really well if you get a good stepping. Stick it to the man.

i have the saphire but i also have a different one that is better

You really could run 2.4GHz no problem, more than likely at stock voltage, just so you know.

ya but it wears down the processor and overheats it

i also need to know if that dual core is direct x 10 compatible
