the cache in firefox is different to a computers cache btw

Kinda figured, but what is Firefox's cache for? Cookies?

I believe it stores information like that yeah, and also stores parts of webpages so they can be loaded up faster the next time you go on it, and only the new parts are then updated.
I think its a pain though, as it really does fill up quite fast.

I usually clear mine once a week
