Default Dual-Core CPU's...

Ok so let me get this straight...if I had a dual-core (or more) CPU, I can render a video, and play a game at the same time with no lag?

I feel left out...

Not really...maybe in the past, but not anymore. Video editing software and most games are now optimized to be able to use 2 cores. They have just gotten to the point where they need the extra power in the other core.

Now, you could probably play CS 1.6 and maybe render a video, but don't even think you'll be able to play something like Crysis while rendering.
