Default Dual Channel DDR???????????

I got a question heres the motherboard i have CHAINTECH "7NJL6" nForce2 Ultra 400 I wanna know what is Dual Channel DDR? and can i use it with this ram stick Viking 256MB DDR PC-3200(x2).

I have researched for you, and found this website which explains Dual DDR memory better than I could!

No I don't think that ram is capable of it, but the motherboard does, as you can see here:

(Supports Dual-Channel DDR266/333/400 SDRAM modules)
