is it safe to have 4 512 sticks but 2 dif brands?

the thing tahts been bothering me is that whenever i click like a link or something i have to wait like 4 seconds and im like wtf i have 1gb or 2gb or RAM for this

Well RAM doesnt have much to do with that, its your internet connection.
