Default Re: drivers

Some games have starforce anti piracy protection which can be a annoying, though not a real driver as such, it does install itself to "Non Plug And Play Drivers" in Device Manager. (To see if you have Starforce installed you need to enable "Show hidden devices" under the view tab in device manager)

I don't know if Starforce can "wreck" your computer, the main reason people get annoyed by this is the fact that it installs without telling the user it is doing so.

Some games now state in the read me file that they use Starforce. Another forum I visit has a list of Starforce protected games which I can probably copy if you are interested, we are boycotting these games on principle.
