sounds to me like you may need a new Hard drive id run chkdsk go to my computer right click c drive click properties then click tools tab click chkdsk then check both boxes and click run chkdsk it will say it can't run and ask you to scedual it click yes and restart your pc and let it run it will take an hr or so depending on how many errors you get could take as long as 8 hrs. if you get errors on test 4 or 5 then its prob time to replace the hard drive
