Dreamweaver Photo Gallery

Whats the easiest way to create photo galleries for the web? I'm using Dreamweaver CS3. I am trying the photoshop automated method, but how do I incorporate that into my Dreamweaver gallery page? Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated

I tried doing it manually, but it was a huge pain in the ass.

Try using Coppermine, or Gallery.
