Dreamweaver. I have used Dreamweaver MX, and it is an EXCELLENT program. Never heard of GoLive.

golive was the original one... im leaning toward golive b/c it is targeted towards desginers instead of programmers while dreamweaver is targeted towards programmers... and i know more about aesthetics than progamming.. haha..

If your bigger into the design just get Macromedia's Studio 8 suite. It includes fireworks,mx freehand, which can be intergrated directly into dreamweaver. Plus you would get Flash 8 pro if your into putting flash on your website.
