no but there will soon be official sites where u pay and u can download it at the moment it's illegal or buy a subscription fee for downloads

Thats just the 1st one I found on google, u might want to do a little more searching so u can find the best site for u. And yes, I do think that is legal. (since u have to pay to get the movies)
