Exclamation Download and Upload question.

When I search my modem IP, the site shows up with information for my modem. On the speed section it says:

Speed (Down/Up): 1184 Kbits/sec by 448 Kbits/sec

I only get 125 kb/s max whenever I download. Is there something wrong with my modem that isn't letting me get the max download I can?

I only get 125 kb/s max when downloading anything and it never went higher than that. Is there a problem with my modem that isn't allowing me to get the most speed I can, or is there something I'm misunderstanding?

No, that is accurate. 1184 Kbits/sec download = 125 KB/sec.
