Angry Download problems.

Whaddup ya'll,
This problem just started last week and its been going on for awhile now. Say I download a file that is 4.50MB's right, then I download it, it ends up stopping at 650KB's. How do I fix it? Thanks, Hy.

Well, you'll have to be more specific with your question. What kind of connection do you have? For the download do you clic to SAVE it or OPEN it from the site. Do you have other programs or open browsers at the same time? You could maybe do a connection line test at this address:
