Default Does anyone have a mini ipod???

I have recently brought a mini ipod but have trouble getting started. I cant seem to transfer songs over to my ipod. after struggling for awhile i seemed able to pass the files over but now my ipod wont even turn on, the only thing that appears is a file icon with an ! exclaimation mark.

Can anyone please help!!!! thank you.

Hi,
The mini i-pod should come with a piece of software for transfering files to the i-pod... I think its called i-tunes, or something that you use anyways) because it doesn't use everybodies normal format like some do, it goes with it's own...

Because its not turning on mind, i'm sorry but you might have a faulty product there Any way of getting it replaced?

Hope I can help
