I saw this and wondering if anybody has this or knows how well it works.

never had any experience of it myself but by the looks of the website its logical and could work,

a normal laptop spreads the signal radially, aka in a circal

and the dish focuses it in 1 direction i see no reason why it shouldnt greatly increas your distance
