Looks good.

The CPU will come with a cooler in the box that will do a decent job until you find a different one. All I ever use is stock, but then again, I don't OC.

Go with i7 920, you're paying double the price for an overclocked 920. Just do it yourself, you can easily push them way above the 950's speeds.

You can get a 3x2GB 1600 kit for that price, it's definitely worth it
over 3GB.

As for the GPU, that's not a very good deal IMO. Go with this.
AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE @ 4.0GHz + TU120E lapped - MSI 770-CD45 AM3 - 2x2GB OCZ DDR3 1333MHz - Sapphire HD 4870 - Samsung Spinpoint 500GB 7200RPM 16MB cache HDD - Tagan TG600-BZ Piperock - (Currently open test bed) - Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit.

Get an EVGA, it's less, and what I have in my comp right now. But if you're going to be gaming, you really should step up to at least a GTX260 core 216 if you're gonna get an i7.
