DLL Error on startup

Whenever I turn on my computer, this warning message comes up. I just click OK and the computer works fine. What is it and how can I fix it?

The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS1\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.

Thanks

Hmm, im sure ive already answered this for ya, either that or someone else had a similar problem

No your correct thats the third thread he's made about the same thing! Quit making duplicate threads just bump post back on your first thread. That way anybody else that see's the post can see whats already been suggested to you rather than stating something that has already been mentioned in a previous post!

This is a duplicate of a post you made yesterday, if you make another thread on the same subject, I will remove it.
